Information you provide directly:
- Name, business name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or sign up for our services
- Billing information processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe)
- Business details provided during onboarding (service area, hours, services offered, FAQs, target keywords, brand preferences)
- Communications you send to us via email, phone, or our website contact forms
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit our website
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs through standard web analytics
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
Information collected through our services:
- Lead and contact information captured through automated systems on behalf of our clients
- Google Business Profile data accessed through Google APIs on behalf of clients who grant us manager access, including profile content, review data, performance metrics, and ranking information
- Customer review data, review response content, and reputation metrics from Google Business Profile and other platforms
- Content published to your Google Business Profile on your behalf, including posts, photos, videos, Q&As, and offer information
- Business performance data including keyword rankings, call volume, and profile activity metrics collected through our reporting systems
3. Google Business Profile Manager Access
Our Verstone Local Rankings service requires that you grant Verstone Systems manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. By granting this access, you authorize us to:
- View, edit, and optimize your Google Business Profile information including business description, categories, service areas, services, attributes, and contact details
- Publish posts, photos, videos, Q&As, and promotional offers to your profile on your behalf
- Access and respond to customer reviews on your behalf
- View profile performance data including search impressions, click-through rates, call volume, and direction requests
- Access ranking and visibility data for your profile across Google Maps and Google Search
- Flag reviews that may violate Google's Terms of Service
This access is used exclusively to deliver the services you have purchased. We do not use your Google Business Profile data for any purpose other than managing your profile as described in our service agreement. You may revoke our manager access at any time through your Google Business Profile settings, though doing so will terminate your ability to receive our services.
Your Google Business Profile data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Automated Communications Sent on Your Behalf
As part of our reputation management and review services (included in the Growth plan), we send automated communications to your customers on your behalf. These include:
- SMS review request messages sent to customers you have provided contact information for
- Email review request messages sent to customers you have provided contact information for
- Review response messages published to your Google Business Profile in response to customer reviews
- Follow-up communications related to review collection
By enrolling in these services, you represent and warrant that all customer contacts you provide have given appropriate consent to receive communications from your business, as required by the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state and local laws. You are responsible for maintaining records of such consent. We act as a service provider sending these communications on your behalf — you remain the responsible party under applicable communications law.
All automated SMS communications include opt-out instructions. Customers who opt out are removed from further communications. We maintain opt-out records on your behalf.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, configure, and maintain the services you have purchased
- Access and manage your Google Business Profile as authorized by your manager access grant
- Publish content to your profile and respond to reviews on your behalf
- Send automated review requests and communications to your customers as described in Section 4
- Generate performance reports including ranking data, heatmaps, AI visibility status, and profile activity metrics
- Process payments and send billing communications
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests
- Improve our services and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Protect the security and integrity of our systems and services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services we provide.
6. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us deliver our services, including payment processors, technology platforms, and communication service providers. These parties are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Google: Our services interact with Google Business Profile on your behalf using Google APIs. Your business information is subject to Google's Privacy Policy when processed through their platforms.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Google Business Profile performance data and reports are retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation
- Content published to your Google Business Profile on your behalf (posts, photos, Q&As) remains on your profile after cancellation unless you remove it
- Billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable law
- Review response content published to your profile is retained by Google and subject to Google's data practices
8. Cookies and Tracking

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
