Program 2 — Automated Lead and Customer Communications (Client Business Systems):
Through our business automation systems, we send SMS messages on behalf of our clients to their customers and leads. These messages include missed call text-back notifications, lead follow-up messages, review request messages, and appointment-related communications.

2. Message Frequency

Program 1: Message frequency varies. You may receive 1–5 messages per month related to your account, onboarding, or service updates.

Program 2: Message frequency varies based on customer interactions with your business. Automated messages are triggered by specific events such as missed calls, form submissions, and completed jobs. A typical customer may receive 1–3 messages per interaction event.

3. How to Opt In

Program 1: By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or contacting us, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account and services.

Program 2: End customers opt in by calling a business phone number managed by our system, submitting a contact form or service request, or providing their phone number to a client business and consenting to communications.

Our clients are responsible for obtaining and documenting appropriate consent from their customers before those customers are added to any automated messaging system.
